Return & Refund Policy

At CocoWax, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Customers have 30 days after the purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, most products cannot be returned.

Only the CocoWax machine may be eligible for return.

The following items are not refundable:

  • Wax beads (including melted beads)

  • Creams

  • Masks

  • Accessories

  • Any opened or used product

Please note that melted wax beads are not considered defective, as melting may occur during shipping due to temperature.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your machine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

In this case, we will provide a replacement for the machine at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
